Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set forth the basic terms of use, rights, obligations, and procedures between See-through Tech Inc. (“See-through Tech”) and users (“Members”) who use the internet-based services and website content provided through www.saligner.com.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms)
1. These Terms become effective when posted on the See-through Tech website and accepted by the Member through the online registration process.
2. See-through Tech may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. If these Terms are amended, See-through Tech will post the effective date, reason for amendment, and amended terms on the website before the effective date.
3. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may request membership withdrawal. If the Member continues to use the service after the amended Terms become effective, the Member will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
4. Members are responsible for periodically reviewing the website for updates to these Terms. See-through Tech is not responsible for damages resulting from a Member’s failure to review amended Terms.
5. Matters not specified in these Terms will be governed by applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted commercial practices.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)
1. A user may apply for membership by completing the registration form provided by See-through Tech and indicating acceptance of these Terms.
2. Membership registration must be completed using accurate information. See-through Tech may request verification of submitted information when necessary.
3. See-through Tech may refuse or cancel membership registration if the submitted information is false, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
4. If any registered information changes, the Member must promptly update the information or notify See-through Tech by email at info@saligner.com or through another available contact method.

Article 4 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)
1. A Member may request membership withdrawal at any time, and See-through Tech will process the request in accordance with applicable procedures.
2. See-through Tech may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership if a Member uses another person’s name or information, provides false information, interferes with the service, violates these Terms, or engages in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
