Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') are intended to specify the basic provisions concerning the terms of use, rights, obligations, and other necessary procedures between See-through Tech Inc. (hereinafter referred to as See-through Tech') and the users (hereinafter referred to as 'Members') who utilize the internet-related services provided by See-through Tech and the content provided on the website (www.saligner.com).
Article 2 (Effectiveness of the Agreement)
1. This Agreement shall become effective upon posting on See-through Tech's website and the Member's agreement through the online display of the See-through Tech homepage.
2. See-through Tech may revise this Agreement within the limits not violating the laws related to consumer protection in electronic commerce, regulation of terms and conditions, basic electronic transactions, electronic signature, promotion of information and communication network utilization, laws regarding door-to-door sales, consumer protection, and other relevant laws. In the event of revising this Agreement, See-through Tech shall give notice before the effective date, specifying the effective date and the reason for the revision, along with the current Agreement.
3. If a Member does not agree to the amended Agreement, they may request to withdraw (terminate) their membership. If the Member continues to use the service without expressing their refusal within 7 days from the effective date of the amended Agreement, it shall be deemed that the Member has agreed to the changes in the Agreement.
4. Agreeing to this Agreement implies consent to regularly visit the website and check for any changes in the Agreement. See-through Tech shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by Members due to their lack of knowledge regarding the amended Agreement.
5. Matters not specified in this Agreement and the interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations related to consumer protection in electronic commerce, regulations on terms and conditions, guidelines for consumer protection in electronic commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and relevant laws or customary practices.
Article 3 (Membership Registration)
1. A Member shall apply for membership by completing the membership information according to the registration form specified by See-through Tech and expressing their intention to agree to this Agreement.
2. Membership registration must be done using real names, and See-through Tech may take necessary measures to verify the real names if required.
3. See-through Tech shall register Members who have applied for membership as stated in paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following conditions:
① If there is false, omitted, or misleading information in the provided details.
② If there are any changes in the registered information, the Member must promptly inform See-through Tech of the changes through telephone, email (info@saligner.com), or any other means.
Article 4 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)
1. A Member may request withdrawal from See-through Tech at any time, and See-through Tech shall process the membership withdrawal promptly upon receipt of the request.
2. If a Member meets any of the following conditions, See-through Tech may restrict or suspend the Member's membership:
① If a Member uses another person's name or personal information to register as a Member and access the content on the website, all IDs associated with that Member will be deleted, and the Member may be subject to legal penalties in accordance with applicable laws."
